Meet the Founder
As a Christian, proud Autism parent, and passionate advocate for change, LaTonya (iye/she) leverages her unique background to inspire and drive impactful leadership. With experience spanning K-12 education to corporate environments, LaTonya has led transformative initiatives through keynote speaking, training, and real-time coaching. Her intersections as a parent, Black woman, and lawyer uniquely position her to offer practical solutions that champion inclusivity for diverse backgrounds. In 2024, she launched The Leadership Academy which houses online courses, resources and digital products for Autism, AI, DEI, and Black Women. A past board member of the Amazon Black Employee Network, Autism Society of Texas and the Houston Area Urban League Guild, LaTonya’s contributions have been recognized with awards such as the Civic Educator of the Year and Outstanding Woman in Law. Her insights have been featured in Diversity Woman's Media and Shout Out Houston. LaTonya combines her professional expertise with personal anecdotes to guide companies to make lasting changes.
