Biography

LaTonya Davis is an award winning keynote speaker, author and DEI leader. She believes that, "In order for any type of change to occur, one must be willing to think on a different level and view from a different perspective." LaTonya has spoken to leaders at Amazon Pharmacy, Eikon, Hong Kong's Women's Council, The Autism Parenting Summit and more. Her impact has reached over 75 million impact locally, nationally and globally.

LaTonya is a Christian and lawyer who founded her business to focus on shifting people from good intent to exceptional impact in corporate, nonprofits and K-12 spaces. She has received awards including Outstanding Woman in Law Award, Civic Educator of the Year, In Her Power Parent Award, We the People Challenge Winner, and ACLU Grants.

She is a former board member of the Texas Autism Society and raising Autism awareness with her son. They authored, "What Autism K-12 Parents Need to Know and Do" and designed home school and helped over 2,100 families. She writes The Equity Source Newsletter with 1,800 subscribers, hosts #iamblacktalent podcast with audiences in Taiwan, Hong, Kong, US and Germany and working on her next book. She also leads the Queens and Crowns Speak Now! Network to help more Black and Latina women land paid speaking opportunities.

She is native Houstonian and natural hair influencer with degrees from Bennett College, a HBCU for Black women, and St. Mary's University School of Law where served on law review.
